Best doctor I've ever had!
Dr. Mitchell is incredibly thorough and caring. She takes the time to listen to all my concerns and explains everything clearly. The office staff is friendly and wait times are reasonable. I've been a patient for 3 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommend her for anyone looking for a family doctor.
Great care, but scheduling could improve
The medical care here is excellent. Dr. Mitchell is knowledgeable and explains things in a way that's easy to understand. My only complaint is that getting an appointment can take 2-3 weeks unless it's urgent. Once you're in, though, the experience is wonderful. The office is clean and modern.
Decent experience overall
Had a standard checkup. Everything went fine but felt a bit rushed. The doctor was professional but I wish she had spent more time going over my test results. Front desk staff could be more organized - they lost my insurance info twice. The billing process was also confusing.
